Health and Body Fitness is a 14,000 square foot facility that sits on 3 acres located at 1348 walnut street Columbus Texas. Owners Scott and Marie Schobel’s passion is to bring health and fitness to all of Colorado County and surrounding towns. Scott will help with all start up sessions and giving free consultations. Our staff is always ready to help with your fitness goals. Health and Body Fitness offers: Extreme Gym, assorted Fitness classes, Cross training, Abdominal room, Showers, Saunas, Kate Carter Chiropractic and Massage Therapy.
