Arts for Rural Texas (ARTS) proudly presents A Riot of Color: Embracing Expressive Chaos, featuring the bold and brilliantly charged works of Jeremy Serna. Serna, recognized for his mastery in transforming canvas into worlds of color, form, and life, brings a unique perspective to the world of impressionist art. “Creating brush strokes that tell the story of what is happening around me and keeping the painting loose is exhilarating,” Serna explains. His distinctive style combines bold brushstrokes, intricate textures, and a palette that dances between the delicate and the intense. The exhibition will showcase an array of Serna’s impressionistic acrylic and watercolor paintings. Each piece tells a story and promises a visual feast of rich colors and movement. ARTS invites you to the artist’s reception and gallery opening on Saturday, February 24th, 2024, from 4 p.m.- 6 p.m. at the ARTS Ross Gallery. The exhibition will be available for viewing until April 13th, 2024. The ARTS Ross Gallery is open to the public Tuesday-Saturday from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. Join ARTS and embark on an immersive journey into a world of vibrant chaos and riotous expression!
