First Annual Scarecrow Decorating Contest Entry Period
Sponsored by the Columbus Chamber of Commerce
Two divisions: Youth (under 18) and Adult
$10 per entry
Winner in each division keeps 1/2 of the pot and the Chamber gets the other half
Entries accepted September 28 thru October 7
Voting is October 9 thru October 23
Winner announced October 26
Scarecrows must be free standing
