About Us

Peggy has been practicing and studying Yoga for 28 years and has been teaching Yoga in Columbus and Frelsburg since 2002.
She is a 200 and 500 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher (500RYT).
She has certifications in Hatha Yoga, ViniYoga and Yoga Therapy and is also certified in Adaptive Yoga, Yoga for individuals that are more comfortable in a chair. Peggy is available for Personal Yoga Therapy sessions and Consultations.

Monday and Wednesday 6:00p.m.-7:15p.m. Trinity Lutheran Church, Frelsburg Tuesday and Thursday 8:00a.m.-9:15a.m. The Live Oak Art Center (upstairs) Tuesday and Thursday 5:30p.m.-6:35p.m. The Live Oak Art Center (upstairs)
