Positive Force Consulting provides innovative strategies, services, leadership, and connections enabling clients to strengthen the communities in which they live. Through special event production, fundraising assistance, and the development of solid marketing strategies, including graphic design and website design, they put their knowledge and expertise to work to help their clients achieve impactful and dynamic results.

Founded in 2010 by Melissa (Harbich) Houser, Positive Force Consulting partners with organizations and businesses large and small. Before founding Positive Force Consulting, Melissa honed her skills as the Development Manager for the Awty International School and the Director of Development for Sheltering Arms Senior Services in Houston. Melissa’s lifelong passion for helping others has led to her put an extensive history of event planning, a cadre of community resources, and an impressive background in marketing and fundraising to work.
