About Us

In 1996 Native Houstonian, Rollyn Yost, founded Residential Realtors Inc after working in the Houston-area real estate industry for 20 years. Residential Realtors, Inc. quickly transformed into a bustling agency with several realtors serving Houston and its surrounding areas. In 2001, the company branched out and formed Commercial Realtors dba to meet the growing need of Houston's commercial transactions that were previously handled under the Residential Realtors' umbrella. In 2009 both companies merged to form RCR Properties, Inc. In 2008, enhance the industry's knowledge, our brokerage company branched out and opened ''Rollyns Real Estate School''. That same year, Rollyn Yost became a Licensed Stager and created ''Staged-2-Sell to help agents stage their listings. Our brokerage mission is for our agents to be knowledgeable in the real estate industry.
